Our story

We built this because we kept forgetting.

We both work a lot. By the evening we are tired, and neither of us has the discipline to write everything down. Our son is three.

The hard part was never the effort. It was memory. What the speech therapist or the OT showed us on Monday was gone by Thursday. At the next appointment we could not say what had changed, or when.

So we made the smallest thing that could work for two tired people. Press one button and talk for twenty seconds, and the app writes it down and files it.

Some things also need doing every day, and on a busy day discipline runs out first. So the phone reminds us: the exercise from the speech therapist, the timer before the bath, the evening note. Each one at the hour we chose.

It is helping us, so we are sharing it. And we are still learning: if something helped your child, we would love to hear it.

I thought I was here for him. It turns out he's here for me.

Our mission. Help parents see the bigger picture in every small day, and keep going.

Why it matters

Nothing changes in a day. It changes in a thousand small steps.

How it works

Twenty seconds in the evening. The rest is done for you.

1 · Say it

Press record and talk

One thumb, twenty seconds, in the hallway or in the car. No typing and no forms. Every note is kept for good, dated and searchable, so nothing gets lost in Notes or WhatsApp.

2 · See it

See what changed, next to what you tried

Meltdowns, new words, sleep, food: each one is counted by the week. What he takes and what you tried sit underneath, with their dates. You see what happened after you started something. Why it happened is for the doctor to say.

3 · Remember it

Reminders for a busy day

Pick what needs doing and when: the exercise the therapist showed you, the timer before the bath, two minutes for the evening note. Your phone reminds you at that hour, so it does not depend on discipline at the end of a long day. No streaks that fall to zero, and a day with no note loses nothing.

4 · Share it

Walk into the appointment with one page

When someone asks “where are you now?”, you have the answer. Print it or send it as a PDF, and spend the fifteen minutes on what to do next.

  • The speech therapist, after a week. The new words, how often he asked for something, and how he tells you what he wants.
  • The OT, after two weeks. Toilet, food, dressing: these two weeks next to the two before, and the ways you tried.
  • The paediatrician, since the last visit. What he takes and when it changed, sleep, tummy and food.

Who it is for

For everyone who looks after him.

What it will never do

Three promises.

Price

One price for the whole family.

The other parent, grandparents, a daycare worker and a second child are all included. The first 30 days are free, no card needed.

Reading while you wait

Short pages on what parents' groups talk about, starting with folate and leucovorin. Every claim carries its evidence grade and the date it was checked. Never a dose.

What helped your child?

We're in the middle of this too. Our son is three, and most days we're still working it out. If something made your days even a little easier, tell us in one line. A small trick at bedtime counts as much as a therapy. No account needed, and nothing you write is published. That's how we raise each other.
